This website is operated by Strapivo Ltd, a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus (reg. no. HE 492139), Georgiou Kalogeropoulou 28, Flat/Office 101, Mesa Geitonia, 4007 Limassol, Cyprus. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Strapivo Ltd.

This site is an informational and marketing website that describes Strapivo and lets you register interest in early access. It is not the Strapivo product itself, and no product or service is sold or provided through it. Use of the Strapivo product, once available to you, will be governed by a separate agreement.

We may change, suspend, or withdraw all or part of the site at any time without notice.

Submitting the early-access form registers your interest only. It does not create any contract or entitlement. We do not guarantee that you will be granted access, when access might be offered, the features that will be available, or that the product will launch at all.

We may select participants at our sole discretion and may contact you about early access and related updates. You confirm that any information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it.

You agree not to:

• use the site in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful way, or in breach of these terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the site, its servers, or connected systems;
• introduce malware or any other harmful or malicious code;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the site without our prior written consent; or
• misuse, copy, or exploit the site or its content other than as permitted by these terms.

All content on the site — including text, graphics, logos, the Strapivo name and brand, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Strapivo Ltd and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for your own information only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

The site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We provide those links for convenience only and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
